Information collected

Accounts store your email and a securely hashed password. If you save a calculation, we store the quantities, factors, results, reduction scenario and date. Enquiries store your name, email, organisation, message, consent and optional project-update preference.

Purpose and hosting

Information supports your requested account and enquiries, stored in the database on our hosting. Essential session cookies maintain your sign-in. No advertising or analytics cookies are added. Payments and automated email are not enabled.

Your choices

Download and delete estimates, withdraw enquiries or delete your account through My account. Optional update preferences do not authorise unrelated marketing. Records remain until deleted during this review stage; hosting backups may retain deleted records until those backups expire.

Access and contact

Your records are restricted to your account. The designated administrator can review enquiries. Contact jk@kkpartners.co.uk for access, correction or other privacy requests. Do not put sensitive personal information in messages.
