This is a concept under development. Any future conversion right would be separate from a carbon credit and set out in formal terms, including eligibility, valuation, timing and what happens if a project does not proceed.
Shares could carry dividend rights, but dividends depend on profits and a company decision. Returns and share value are not guaranteed; investment capital would be at risk.

No. A contribution funds development. An offset requires qualifying credits and their retirement; we will show these as different choices.
A credit is permanently marked as used in its registry, preventing it from being resold or claimed again. Your actual emissions remain part of your footprint.
No. Eligibility depends on an accepted methodology, additionality, measurement and independent verification. Operational emissions and construction emissions must be considered separately.
