What would need to be defined?
- Which payments qualify, and whether any separate contractual conversion right is granted.
- Company valuation, share class, conversion timing and eligibility.
- Voting rights, dilution, transfer restrictions and treatment if a project fails.
- Whether dividend rights apply, subject to profits and company decisions.
No investment offer is available on this site. A carbon credit is an emissions unit, not a share. A retired credit cannot be reused; any separate conversion entitlement would have to arise from its own agreement. Dividends and capital growth are not guaranteed.
